      Pros

      Opportunities to be well compensated if you stick with it. Content of work is interesting. Opportunities for client interaction. International experience may be available. Ability to transfer offices may be available for strong performers.

      Cons

      Work life balance is non-existent. 70+ hour work weeks are common. Entry level positions are not given access to all the technology that upper level positions are which makes it tough to be "on call" all the time.

      Got to learn a lot of new things since its my first job but now the learning has got stagnant. Food and cab service are the only plus points
