      Good experience working with clients Work done for clients is of high quality and you become responsible for work quite early. A few good projects if you get lucky

      Cons

      Very few good projects. Your skills or abilities will not get you good work. Pay structure is unfair. Many managers don't know about project management frameworks. There is no problem solving involved. People will just throw around verbatim and jargon thinking that they are smart

      The work life balance is not there... there is no life.. just work... work your system off just to be called intp the cabin n be told your not good enough... ZS gives an illusion of flat system but its absolutely the opposite.. that being said, no scope for innovation cz you have to do things the so xalled right way.... the people with good relationships get credit while those who work but dont hve good relations fail to make it anywhere... too much office polictics... v little tolerance...
