      Worst Company - Blood sucking Managers - Cheap work Culture

      No positive point. everything is worst here. They give Free Food to TREAT the Employees like SLAVES and BEGGARS

      Cons

      1.Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay 2.Treats Employees likes SLAVES and BEGGARS 3.Worst company donot deserve even a single star 4.Sometime woman employees are pressurized to work late( due to Manager given deadline) There many cases where woman employees are forced to stay in office 24 hours in office .

      Only pro- Good money.

      Cons

      Tough environment for a lateral. No process for smooth transition. No matter what project. Tough for a lateral to grow in the company. Also work life balance is horrible. No peace of mind Poor processes Technologically stunted company which makes surviving here very difficult

      Disappointing time

      Pros

      The people who work there are very smart and hard working. The London office is quite stylish and easy to get to from several train lines. There is a vibrant social scene, and people genuinely look out for each other at the lower levels. The projects and work are generally analytical and interesting for maths, science and engineering majors.

      Cons

      The company is run much like a club where people above the consultant level are very cliquey. So, although company overall strategy is quite transparent, daily decisions are taken secretively. The area that I worked in was very badly managed and disorganised. The morale in the team was generally very low.
