1)Organisation recently got CMMI level 3 certificate in waterfall model.They are not aware of SDLC and STLC 2)They are hiring for ETL tester but providing manual testing for their internal projects. 3)Managers have ego problem with other manager.You need to report to project manager who does not know anything about testing. 4)They are not looking for smart workers .They are looking for bootlicker employees. 5)Some managers ping female associate on watsapp in weekends night. 6)For same package you will get more in other organisation. 7)Exit process is manual.You need to go to each and every department to take NOC. 8)Be cautious.People will steal your laptop charegr/headphone.Management will charge you for that assest.They dont have good cctv arrangement to caught the person.

There are many 1. 0 work life balance 2. Directionless management 3. Lack of technical skills at senior level 4. Timelines of projects are decided by people who have no clue about coding or implementation 5. Few managers are really bad here you wish that you land in their team 6. Data Science is fake here and most of the time they present botched up finding to their clients 7. No clear direction regarding the future of the company 8. HR here usually lies about the role you are going to get. I had same experience. 9. Salary is low and biased. 10. Soon after joining you will realize that there many undeserving people exist on top and you have to work under them. 11. Only join if you have long term goal of staying in ZS
