Good company, but with ZERO/Negative Work-life balance
Pros
- Good Pay (however with the amount of work you end up doing, it completely dilutes out) - Lots of client exposure; even at very junior levels - Free food and cab (again doesn't matter in current COVID state)
Cons
- NOT a good place to work for Tech-experts - Tech teams work only on in-house tech stack; you may loose out all your skills very soon - AC role onwards you are just managing your juniors; so bye bye coding skills - Tremendous work pressure; you stretch for 12 hours for sure and in this WFH state it easily shoots upto 14 hours; sometimes you are very politely requested to work over weekends - Heavy attrition due to the WLB factor; leadership took some measures, but it's too late now; people are heavily burnt out and leaving the organization left-right-center
