      Friendly members in the team I can't find anything more than that to have the Pros here. Sorry can't really help

      Last one year has been almost cost cutting Laptop downgraded Promoted ppl not given new phone Change in transport policies and specific to Delhi office not other offices Late working hours Keep working that's what matters at the end

      Pros

      ZS Onshore Principals are unique -very knowledgeable, sensible and intelligent people For freshers, good company to start your career with but expect to work 15-18 hours a day including weekends

      Cons

      From stability perspective, you should really think twice if you are married and have a family. The company has a strict firing policy. Apart from the performance, there are n other reason for ZS to fire anyone. Off lately they have asked a lot of employees to find another job due to non-availability of projects For lateral hires, it's a big NO. They are involved in the project from Day 1 without any formal training to get acclimatised to the stuff and expected to start delivering in a very short span of time Recently they have formed an internal team for filling positive reviews in Glassdoor which is highly unethical for company of this scale
