Pros

- Lot of exposure given to people on data analytics and consulting - Can learn a lot on how to manage team dynamics - Pays well and rewards well - A very informal and friendly atmosphere to work at - A lots of facilities are provided by the company like transport, food, internet etc.

Cons

- Work-life balance is off... More of work and less time for yourself/family. But this can also be improved and the opinion varies from person to person
