Pros
Nice people, always growing. it seems they don't worry about their revenue since the clients always come back so the pressure is relatively low. The office is big, the cubic is big and they give you an IBM laptop which you can use at home, basically like a personal PC. Managers are nice about leave, or work from home, work in New York office if you plan something at night.
Cons
the exit options are limited since they are very good at what they do but also mostly only good at what they do. So if you don't like the work, there is no reason to stay. When people leave, most of them just go to clients to do the same thing.
