The best days of working at ZS are behind us..

Pros

You'll find remarkably sharp people working with you and is still a great learning experience for college freshers. Senior management is great in terms of knowledge and consulting skills.

Cons

Turning into an operations company with increasing number of bozos being hired for low paying jobs. The work/life balance is extremely worrying - the senior management expects people to work 12+ work hours with ease. On site opportunities have almost vaporized.

Very Analytic environment with real challenges solved using innovative and deep thought.

Cons

Can be very demanding with intelligent people being very picky and discussions around small matters given too much importance. Short staffed and beginnings of a siloed environment without the necessary resoures and training to manage such a structure. Work - life balance is a real challenge
