Work with smart individuals and develop strong analytic skills in less than a year. Have started expanding into India market so a good opportunity to work in your native market

Cons

Not rewarding enough in terms of CTC. Could do better to add more transparency in how promotion works. US travelling opportunities have decreased over period because of VISA hassles
