Steep learning curve, Expertise is valued, Good Salary, Excellant work culture . Good client exposure and good on-site opportunities. Provides cab facilities

Cons

Very long working hours. Crunch deadlines of projects leading to much workload on the employees. Projects are made with minimum documentation. Fixed component of salary is very less.
