ZS, the best place to start working if interested in pharma consultancy.

Pros

ZS has great people and the work culture is very good, The quality of work being presented to clients is also very high. There's immense scope for personal development as well.

Cons

The long working hours are the major downside. Being a global consultancy, ZS requires that its employees work in multinational teams which leads to long and late night conference calls.

Pros

Learned a tremendous amount. Feel that I am much further ahead of the curve than colleagues who went to general management consultancies.

Cons

Seems that the growth trajectory for employees was becoming more and more artificially stifled as time went on. When the company was younger, off cycle promotions were much more likely.
