Pros

The benefits - such as free meals and cab pickups - are good - and that is probably the only good thing about them when you know the inside story.

Cons

There is very very little true consulting or intelligence involved here. Keep copying older work and presentations and modify it a bit to suit a new client and project. In the name of consulting and analytics we keep doing manual comparison of data in Excel files. In the name of Software Development this company is such a big joke it is not even funny.

Good and open work culture, lot of opportunities to learn if you are motivated enough, genuine helpful people around to work with, good to work at as your first job...

Cons

Very very dismal salary and compensation, pathetic on the HR and Admin front, nature of work appalling and work quality and culture on a constant decline, bad attitude of overseas onshore colleagues towards their Indian counterparts...

Very steep learning curve in the initial part of your career. Very approachable leadership team. Friendly atmosphere to work at.

Cons

Very specific domain of clients to work with. Work Life Balance might be affected because of cross office teams. Not a very high amount of client interaction for India offices.
