- There is a lot to learn and I gained a lot from the job very quickly - Everyone is really nice and the San Mateo (no its not San Francisco despite what they claim) office is really cool. - Not constantly travelling - Very quickly get to talk with and present to clients

Cons

- Regularly overstaffed (although hours still aren't as bad as other consulting firms) - Consider your future interests and ensure that this job will get you there
