      Good people to work with generally Pays well wrt most employers in analytics/IT Little travel, true for global offices which is a plus

      Cons

      Become more of outsourcing focused Current focus is only on reducing costs Though most offices have ZS values, still they are not consistent globally Many old employees, now partners (principals) lack necessary people skills

      Long working hours, which has become kin of a culture at ZS. Work pressure is more, especially during the project deliverables.
