Smart people, challenging work environment
Cons
- They pigeonhole people too quickly which makes work dull after a while. Nobody likes to do the same thing over and over again. - Only for people passionate about pharma (projects in other industries are very rare) - Way too much travel, especially same day commute when you are expected to start at5 am and spend the whole day in client meetings (full of energy of course!) and fly back at 10 pm in the evening.
