Pros – Very good company to work for, pays well, awesome work culture and great people. The company says , "Do your work sincerely and we will take care of you" and my god, it does. If you are willing to work hard, this is the best company!

Got to shadow intelligent consultants, surrounded by people who have the drive to succeed, and fairly good work life balance as well as fun in the workplace.

Cons

Did not gain as much experience and knowledge through practical work as I thought I would. It seemed like job advancement was quite difficult to obtain. Not very diverse
