-Smart people -Great culture -energetic environment -good growth -responsibility given very early in your career

Cons

-CTC not good enough as compared with the work we do -sometimes (infact many times) we have to stay late for work

Enjoyable work, thoughtful people. ZS's turnover rate is around 20% usually and people stay much longer at ZS than at other companies.

Cons

Long hours, although people with the longest hours and the most involvement with offshore teams have much, much higher engagement than people who do less of that.

ZS really does provide a lot of value to their clients. The people were all intelligent and real team players.

Cons

The work, especially at the lower level was very similar between projects. You were doing the same thing but for different clients
