1. High impact work leading to repeat businesses 2. Amazing group of partners and engagement managers - really masters of their game 3. Meritocracy based culture - people are invested in your growth unlike throwing you into an ocean hoping you could swim ashore

Cons

1. Need to be cut out for consulting - most employees are passenger vehicles in an industry that demands 12 hours per day everyday 2. Pay is definitely not at par especially at the manager and above levels with other tier 1 consulting firms in India
