      Pros

      You learn like anything! Work is all you think of day and night! You will realise that lateral hires with twice your experience arent armed enough ;)

      Cons

      In the process you will loose all your hobbies. Just forget them. There will be hardly any you willbe able to stick to! and if decide the one thing you want to keep is partying :( then dude you will be nowhere in 5 years ( apart from the office)
