1) A great start for freshers as it makes you hardworking. 2) Decent Pay. 3) Chilled out atmosphere. 4) Liberty to come and go + work from home options

Cons

1) Staffing is weird: You will find people with 0 work and you will find people who are always overloaded with work. 2) Consulting which is turning into a capability center. 3) Lot of inbuilt tools.
