Working with ZS Associates feels less like a professional engagement and more like enduring a constant state of pressure and chaos. There is a complete absence of defined processes, governance, or planning—everything operates in firefighting mode.
Vendor resources are treated as expendable, with little to no professional courtesy or empathy. Work expectations are relentless and unrealistic, resulting in months of continuous slogging.
There is no concept of sign-off time—neither on weekdays nor weekends. Personal time, mental health, and work–life balance are systematically ignored. The environment creates a sense of being trapped in an endless grind, where burnout is not an exception but the norm.
Overall, the work culture is toxic, exhausting, and deeply demoralizing. This has been one of the most distressing professional experiences I’ve encountered as a vendor.
