      Pros

      Best to work in ZS if you want a relaxed life. Not very difficult to get in. Good salary, relatively less work. Its the best for an middle aged person. Hot chicks in consulting.

      Cons

      If a teenager and want to learn new technologies, ZS is not the place. Work is boring, as many are legacy codes. No real development.

      An excellent peer group, with whom you can work, have fun and learn a few things as well in the process.

      Cons

      The work is boring and not challenging enough. If you happen to mention the same to a manager/higher-ups, the response you are most likely to get is that from next sprint, its all going to be "cutting edge" work.
