      Pros

      Plenty of overtime. If you like overtime. You can grow with the company, but you will always be there. That can be a good thing because there are some people I knew that much preferred being there than at home.

      Cons

      I feel the pay is low for the scale of work that's expected. But that's just my opinion. Glassdoor pay estimates are not correct. If it was I would still be working there.

      Pros

      It's an automotive company so you get a paid week off for Christmas break.

      Cons

      They will overwork and underpay you. Once you start applying for jobs in other companies you realize that you had 4 job positions in 1. We average 10 deaths a year involving heart attacks with employees under 45 years old. Engineers get paid less than the hourly technicians without overtime. We have some engineers making 35k a year while most technicians make 66.5k without overtime.
