      Good company but no mobility for moving up within.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Continues to grow and expand in the market place.

      Cons

      No upward movement within company, tend to hire individuals for positions in management through recommendations from other management. Floor supervisors tend to show favoritism to certain employees and promote harassment in the environment by contributing to employees behaviors and allowing them to slander others.
