      Pros

      Enjoyed very much working there for 16 years, the work was challenging & rewarding and same time. Included several annual bonuses for each accomplished goal. Being a German based business the company is very family oriented plus full gym on sight. Health conscious HR and upper management.

      Cons

      The location was some what out of the way, Most tasks were challenging with multiple deadlines.

      Pros

      Get experience in a lot of different facets of the business, people are very nice, interesting projects, growing quickly

      Cons

      Not a lot of room to move up, raises do not seem to be that large on top of an already pretty low salary, stressful environment set up by Mercedes to constantly deliver on time
