      Pros

      ZF TRW is a big automotive company, where you can act internationally. There are always some new projects, where you can learn to deal with different OEMs.

      Cons

      -This is the place where manegers are managers, because they want to be there. And not because they fit there. -The management doesn't really promote trainings or personal development. So you have to live from what you had before. -The compony doesn't invest for tools and equipment. So as an engineer you have to suffer with outdated stuff and with Do it Yourself solutions.

      In there you will find Great oppor tunities to travel, know more cultures, get more knowledge about managing styles and trans parency in relation ships

      Cons

      Really messy targets it gets very difficult to understand what they expect from you and how you should maybe be able to achieve and a lot of thing are not in your responsability
