      Pros

      Enjoyed very much working there for 16 years, the work was challenging & rewarding and same time. Included several annual bonuses for each accomplished goal. Being a German based business the company is very family oriented plus full gym on sight. Health conscious HR and upper management.

      Cons

      The location was some what out of the way, Most tasks were challenging with multiple deadlines.

      People are great, typically Salary is competitive PTO is generous once you have worked for many years

      Cons

      Workload is very heavy and there is an 'old boys club' in some of the divisions that do not like change.
