Business Outlook
Pros
They hire anyone so if you need factory experience, this is a good place to start. If you are a good worker, management will notice but they also take advantage of it. Pretty laid back and easy work.
Cons
Work/personal life is non-existent. Doing 19 on (sometime 10-12 hour days are mandatory) makes it very difficult to do even mundane daily tasks. The company itself is very unorganized which makes for a very chaotic work environment. The company does not care about you, you are just a number. Very close to the lowest paying factory even with the Union so always short staffed which puts more pressure on the employees that are actually sticking around.
