      Increasing salary based on German IG Metall, nice atmosphere, location (lake of Constance: the Alps in the background, boarder to Switzerland and Austria. Max. 3.5 h to Milan, Italy)

      Cons

      Too old-fashioned and fixed when compared to other companies producing mechatronic devices. Many Outdated and expensive software tools in use. Hardly any ambition for structural change

      Really robust and long term oriented with processes to support all the businesses. Has strong values and creates safety for working and contributing to the company.

      Cons

      It is still very old school, where the employee is almost treated like a machine. And is already losing its long term and strategic orientation.
