      ZF Friedrichshafen is a nice place to work and spend part of your life, you can find now a days employees working for more then 30 years easily. You can establish good relationships.

      Cons

      This is a multinational company and some locations are not considered priority to the business and it is not so easy to be part of the same company and see different locations with a lot of investment and your location no.

      It is a technology driven company in which new and higher standards are set on a continuous base. It also allows you to develop your carrer path with great opportunities worldwide. Recent acquisition of TRW worldwide amplifies this sense of growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Due to Brazilian economic situation, ZF do Brasil is facing hard times without adequate scenario to preview concrete expectation of recuperation on short term, unfortunelly.
