      Flexible, great opportunity for self-starters. Plenty of chance to work with international team members. Strong position in the DAS category.

      Cons

      A bit disorganized on development process. Almost close to none training program. People with less experience might feel a bit lost here

      Lots of overtime and that's it.

      Cons

      unionized, some veteran Employees think they are better than others just because they are on TIER 1 pay scale. Most of the supervisors have no idea how any of the machines are to be operated. Management believes that the company should come before your FAMILY and home life.
