      Work environment is really good and senior management is very supportive. Company is always investing in new product and process technologies.

      Cons

      Benefits are not really good and many people are not accountable for their activities and duties. Company culture is focused on Cost Reduction, as many automotive companies are, and you need to like to work under pressure.

      Fantastic benefits, treats employees with respect, good work environment, good pay, some overtime, great Company to grow with, new plant

      racism a problem, employees non respect to authority, pay should be better, they should have stricter interviews and higher standards for hiring assembly personnel
