      ?? not many. It pays my bills.

      Cons

      19 days with 2 off, machine always down, upper management doesn't care about the average worker. Hard to have family and a life with the hours we HAVE to put in. Dirty, crowded, things are stacked where they shouldn't be, walkways, around machines.

      Large international company with a wide product range

      Cons

      Becoming more centrally controlled with the controlling department in Friedrichshafen, dictating untested policy & procedure in SSOs. In fighting between departments after the ZF(MA) & Sachs integration, to the detriment of the company.
