      Decent pay, and some decent coworkers

      Cons

      HR and above do not care about you, and will look for reasons to fire you. Unless you are part of the club, and a "friend of the boss", you are less than an ant. We had an anonymous employee survey, and 80% had a highly negative view of management. This is a union shop, and everyone in management that was a problem is still here afterwards. If they would fire everyone from HR and up, this would be a better place to work.

      No room for advancement, major downsizing

      Clean facility, temperature controlled, great employees. There are incentives to raise your hand

      Cons

      Management is stuck in place, slowly the company has been downsizing and getting rid of positions. The business has decreased drastically therefore cutting shifts, hours and laborers
