      Always something to do and never really slows down as much as you think it will

      Cons

      Lot of shop talk but it's only accessible by certain people just because The Golden Child will do it doesn't mean everybody else can there's a lot of people that can dish it but can't take

      Pros

      Work flexibility is great, depending on who is your supervisor. ZF was a great move so far.

      Cons

      Work load is at an all time high. Trying to get management to hire the required amount of staff is difficult.
