      where ignorance and arrogance come together

      Pros

      A good place to start if you're unexperienced and don't know any better. Stay for a while, build your resume and take their money while you look for a company to develop your future with.

      Cons

      Very poor experience. Very amateurish management that pushes responsibility to the lowest level and then places blame. Very little to learn here, career-wise, and a complete waste of time.

      -The steering division of ZF TRW is the better one all its other divisions. -good culture -lot of knowledge to learn from -good professional relationships

      - cafeteria not great - no great benefits - salary ranges could be higher

      Good pay. Air conditionef building. The employeed are friendly. Most pf managment appears to be truthful and willing to help

      Lack of communication. I was told id be hired full time but the day after contract was fullfilled they let me go
