Pros
The work environment is great. There are people here that have been around for several years, and other just coming on (like me 3+ years). The workload is well measured, and each employee has a voice. The diversity is superb, and overall fair.
Cons
As a German company, there is a lot of favoritism, which I guess is expected. The hiring policies are outdated; experience, skills and capability are not valued as much as a degree. HR is inconsistent; I was transferred from one region of the US to another, without a change in my salary based on the fact that according to their feedback, there was no change in cost in living. According to all the standard metrics, this is not true. What's worse, other employees that did the same transfer did receive increases. I'm currently hired to perform in a position different to that of my title, for the fact that I did not meet the job description's requirements. However, I perform to a level the same as my peers, and am expected to meet the same results, while receiving a significant lesser salary. Trainings and improvement opportunities are a battle. This company does not encourage Management to promote the growth of their employees.
