      Good environment, highly equipped with latest technology. Extensive department over reach.

      Not enough communication between departments. High rate production and tight dead lines. Not enough technical support.

      Pros

      Lots of additional learning opportunities. Plenty of over time. People are helpful, angry great at explaining questions and concerns.

      Cons

      A lot of over time. An incredible about of drama caused by production employees. Don't affiliate with coworkers and you'll be fine.

      Pros

      It appears as they are trying to do better things for employees and do what is best for everyone. It's climate controlled and clean which is a bonus. They have been updating the facility as well.

      Cons

      Management seems confused and not really aware if what is going on. There is also very heavy overtime which gets old.
