      Pros

      The working environment is very good, including the relationship between the colleagues. And also the salary is not bad compared to other companies.

      Cons

      It's not a good idea to stay too long because it's a little difficult to get promoted in this company.

      Great building and nice cafeteria Benefits are okay but not great Well known company that is financially sound

      Cons

      HR runs the place. No consistency in salary or pay grade levels for same job within the same department HR (not the manager) makes the decisions on people pay and it typically appears to be based on whether or not they like the person, not the person's performance or capabilities. Many decisions are made in Germany and we have little voice in what happens. Favoritism runs rampant throughout the building.
