      I am very happy that one of the top company is going to recruit the fresher's.

      Cons

      I have cleared my technical round and hr round.they informed us that we will call u people on next Monday to the office, so that one of our senior employee will talk to you.but it's already 45 days till now we didn't get our call letter.

      - Management support - Great team members ; feels like a family - Opportunity to travel

      Cons

      - Divisions are silo'd so transferring internally can be difficult - Decisions need to be approved by management in Germany, often slowing progress - It's a German company, so rigorous (and superfluous) documentation is required

      Great pay and its air conditioned.

      Cons

      7 days a week 8+hours a day. You'll never get to spend time with your kids or family. Training is terrible and they will lie to you constantly about giving you a day off. This is how the Rogersville Tennessee plant is.
