      It has some really good aspects as well as poor. The colleagues are ok, the topics are ok, the influence of a real German company is good.

      It has some really good aspects as well as poor. The management is mostly poor, the passion for developing product is poor, fear driven and often done without rational choices

      In simple words.. the company will not be able to put your salary or hike in time! so just think of the capabilities of the current management people. totally incompetent people sitting in the management. No proper process for literally anything and everything.
