Increase job responsibilities and expectations constantly but will deny you any significant raises. Expected to do three different jobs and positions. Mandatory overtime every week. Management is clueless Expects loyalty but will always find a way to fire you and degrade you. They will exhaust you to the point where you don't have the energy to do anything, like find any other job.
