      Extremely toxic work culture - think 100 times before joining Zero work life balance Zero material visibility which is a nightmare for any supply chain new joiner Zero leadership support in fixing chronic RM issues No breathing time for new joiners to learn at all Zero MPS MRP systems - all manual work which is horrible condition for a 10 years old factory - even excel sheets are also not available Zero freight forwarder support to get material in time Overall not at all a good organization to join in SCM department Very Very high attrition rate in SCM department
