      Good pay, easier work, friendly people, and good benefits.

      Cons

      Terrible management! Can’t make up its mind on how they want to run things. Union is hopefully being brought in. I’ve seen hundreds of good employees walk out because of how this place is ran.

      -the HR police's are too bad -they will not pay your variable pay even though you worked complete year -service based company mindset -Managers are pathatic

      The people were nice and my coworkers were helpful.

      Lack of organization and outdated technology caused a lot of late nights working and unnecessary frustration.
