Pros

Long term employees who care about their work. If you have a good relationship with your manager you will be supported.

Cons

Poor work/life balance. Health care is expensive. Extremely cost conscious on employees but management seems to spend freely.

Poor Top Level Strategic Decisions makes Work very difficult

Pros

• Nice facility • investments were adequate for the work done.

Cons

• Poor Strategic Decisions • Horrible Relationships with Suppliers. If you work with them expect to have your hand in their pocket all the time. • Native born Americans are not valued. They will replace you with cheap low cost labor or bring in people on work visas with poor communication skills to work along side you. • US workers get very low vacation days off compared to our European and Asian colleagues. This creates large buckets of work on USA based employees during the vacation seasons in Europe and Asia when they go on vacation and let loose of their needs before hand or come back refreshed and push for that which they dumped on you. Also as they put Europeans on reduced 32 hour work, that demand has to get pushed to Americans as we have no work protections. • No merit raises for 2nd straight year, bonus cut

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback and for your many years of dedication at ZF. We understand your perspective regarding the challenges faced in the U.S. operations. These are particularly harsh economic times for the automotive industry, and the company is undergoing transformation on multiple levels to remain competitive and meet the demands of the future. We recognize that these changes can create difficult situations for employees, and we deeply value your feedback and ideas as they help us improve. We continuously invest in leadership development, mentoring, and coaching programs, as well as various learning opportunities for employees to upskill and grow professionally. Regarding working conditions, aspects such as holidays are defined by the labor laws of each country, and we work to ensure compliance while supporting our teams as best as possible. If you would like to share more details or discuss specific concerns, we encourage you to reach out to your manager or HR colleagues so we can better understand and support our employees. Kind regards, Ewa
