      Location. Flexi working. Potential new building. The people. Not bad pay.

      Cons

      People are seen as disposable and not an asset. Particularly in Purchasing. Lack of career progression opportunities.

      Great benefits, travel opportunities, reasonable schedule, new equipment.

      Cons

      Often treated like pawns of the motherland (Germany), poor communication, animosity between "competing" departments discourages cooperation, processes & organization are improving but are still poor, under-performers are often not dealt with and hard work can go unnoticed by management with skewed priorities.
