      In the tough situation of Covid-19 company is asking their employees to come back to Hyderabad which is unreasonable. There should be work from anywhere. Management doesn't listen to employees. Really sad the organization is managing the situation.

      Pros

      100% match on 401k to 6%. Flex time, good training for employee development. No real job security. Lay-offs happen whenever Divisions don’t meet their arbitrary metrics.

      Cons

      Some get remote time and others don’t. Pay raises are small, but happen every year.
