Working with german counter parts.

Cons

-No employee friendly policies - They eat employee variable pay like Hyderabad Biryani. - A minimum of 6months and maximum of 18 months Variable pay will be swallowed by management. - Service based mindset of management. - Bucketing is must here to survive. - People how work hard always work, people who enjoy always enjoys. - Micro management - Foolish Mangers and teamleads.

Pros

Good opportunity to learn as a new graduate. The first few promotions are well structured and challenging.

Cons

The company is ancient. HR controls every decision and often messes up for the manager, once you reach senior engineer, the career path stagnates. The pay and bonus are average and often lose important people in the team to another company.

A few projects and leaders are good.

Cons

Most of the good reviews are fake and use the same template (if you clould notice). No management at all. HRs are the puppets. No policies documented, they create policies as per convenience. In the same organization different rules for different departments. Worst work life balance. No promotions on time.
