      Nice location, cafeteria, good parking and daily good truck.

      Cons

      German work culture (bought us/TRW out) is terrible, mean, stern, their way or the high way, reduced pay, bonus, lay offs, does not work well with American counterpart.

      Cons

      Poor management, management treats a select few employees fairly while treating other very poorly such as assigning unrealistic workloads and name calling/bullying. Heavy workload. Procedures constantly changing. Lack of communication from management.
